Domino/WebSphere Administrator
General Information
Chart Links is recruiting a Domino/WebSphere Administrator who would be based in New Haven, Connecticut. The Domino/WebSphere Administrator will support computer systems and applications for internal and external customers with a primary focus on customer upgrades, conversions, and product archiving. Also, the Domino/WebSphere Administrator will install, maintain and support a Domino, WebSphere and SQL Server 2000 environment. The Domino/WebSphere Administrator will report to the Manager of Conversions and Upgrades, with a close working relationship with the Systems and Database Administration Group. Chart Links modules are converting from Notes/Domino, WebSphere and SQL to WebSphere and SQL. This is a permanent, full-time position. |

| Responsibilities |

Perform Domino/WebSphere customer upgrades and conversions. |
| • |
Identify and troubleshoot internal and external customer needs. |
| • |
Support Domino/WebSphere for the software development team. |
| • |
Assist with hardware and network issues as needed. |
| • |
Assist with the management, deployment, and support of WebSphere and Domino web-based applications. |

| Background/Experience |
| • |
Knowledge of WebSphere and Domino web-based applications with Domino development experience and knowledge of DECS/LEI valuable. |
| • |
Experience with SQL Server database administration. |
| • |
Certification and/or experience with Domino and WebSphere very valuable. |
| • |
Experience with Microsoft Windows and networking. |
| • |
Knowledge of commodity server hardware including RAID and SAN disk subsystems. |
| • |
Experience with very large databases and high transaction rates. |
| • |
Team player willing to do what is necessary to develop and document infrastructure quickly and efficiently. |
| • |
Experience with client-server and healthcare highly valued. |
| • |
Completion of 2-year technical school or 2-years of college or university credits in core subject area. Course work in electronics and/or electrical engineering. |

Senior Interface Specialist

Chart Links, LLC is a medical software company based in New Haven, Connecticut that is recruiting a Senior Interface Specialist. This individual will develop, implement, maintain and support system interfaces at customer sites, while maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date documentation for all interfaces. The Senior Interface Specialist will report to the VP of Operations. |

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems, or related technical field. |

| Desired Skills |

Two or more years experience with interface development and support. |
| • |
Experience working with the Health Level Seven (HL7) standard interface protocol and certification. |

| Primary Duties and Responsibilities |
| • |
Experience with interface engines allowing quick mastery of our OEM¹ed interface engine (Interface-Links™). |
| • |
Performs interface analysis, design, development, testing, and live support for application interface projects. Serves as project lead to coordinate interface implementation activities as required. Work closely with application analysts and end-users to define interface requirements and to resolve interface application issues. |
| • |
Maintains thorough knowledge of all Interface-Links™ interfaces, point-to-point interfaces, and interface gateway PCs. Understands functional design and technical infrastructure components of all interfaces and all interface processes. |
| • |
Performs daily and routine monitoring of all interface programs, logs and queues. |
| • |
Troubleshoots and resolves Interface-Links™ and point-to-point interface issues. Coordinates with vendor and other hospital resources as required. |
| • |
Develops and maintains TML and MML programs in Interface-Links to modify message formats, data translations, and data routes as specified by the interface requirements. |
| • |
Develops and maintains detailed documentation for all interfaces. |
| • |
Provides periodic on-call support of interface environment as assigned. |
| • |
Maintains a working knowledge of NT and basic networking protocols. |
