Chart Links, a leading provider of clinical documentation and workflow management software for medical rehabilitation facilities, today announces its intention to launch Version 5 of its enterprise software this month. To better meet the demands of scheduling, documenting, driving revenue and reporting outcomes for multi-disciplinary therapy care in an outpatient setting, the software release will include these features, among others: flowsheet documentation, a new user interface, enhanced Medicare Time Tracking features and automated patient appointment reminders.
