Chart Links, a software solution vendor for outpatient rehabilitation organizations announced the release of its integrated Plan of Care (POC). Designed from the ground in partnership with our customers, the POC is integrated into the documentation module. Vice President Betty Esposito stated: Òour customers faced onerous payer requirements.
